While we understand that hair quality is incredibly important, we also know that good customer experience is equally important, we want to provide our customers with support during and after their purchase to ensure satisfaction. Our customer trusts us to continue to provide them with incredible quality and support and we want to make sure we provide it! Please review our policies to ensure the process is understood. *All sales are final and there are no refunds.

Due to the exclusive nature of our business and demand for our product, exchanges can be made within 5 days of receiving your order in original plastic packaged, resell-able condition. You must include a note with your name, phone number, and a written exchange request advising us of what you would like to exchange. ​

Send your hair back to us in a box (free at the post office) with signature confirmation to 1708 W Fairfield Dr, Pensacola, FL 32501. ​

Once we have received your returned order, we will contact you via email to process the exchange. You are responsible for any exchange shipping fees unless Indu Hair Collection is at fault. ​

Chemical alterations or any modifications made to the product subsequent to the sale, make all guarantees null and void. We cannot accept back any human hair that has been installed or altered (washed, brushed, combed, customized or cut).

Inspect the hair without unwrapping the bundles or removing the rubber-bands to make sure the product is to your satisfaction. If you are unsure, please show your stylist. If it is determined that the product is defective, we shall refund or exchange the product including shipping fees to the customer.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale or with promotional codes are FINAL SALES. There will be no refunds or exchanges on any items purchased during a sale. ​

Once your order has been placed, please allow the processing and shipping times to process completely (see shipping policy). If you have not received your package after 24 hours of the scheduled date of delivery, please contact us to assist with tracking and investigation of the shipping. ​

Note for all customers: If you decide to place an order for fraudulent activities or practices, YOU WILL be reported to authorities for fraud.

We will not disclose any information regarding our customers or visitors to the site to any third parties apart from where it is part of providing a service to you – this includes; arranging for a product to be sent to you, carrying out credit and other security checks and for the purposes of customer research or when you have given us your permission to do so. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us. You will the option to unsubscribe from marketing communications from us. If you do not wish to continue to receive e-mails from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out clicking on the "unsubscribe" link in any emails which we might send you this will then suspend your e-mail notifications however you can sign up again if you wish to do so. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal data, but cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
